Number 16 Waterdales
I was born at number 200 Waterdales in 1963. I wish my mum was alive as she would have known as she lived further down the same road with her mum and dad before she was married. There were a few houses bombed in the war and some stories after. A lady got hit by shrapnel and a young girl was killed on her bike hence the headless lady and child in the house. I obviously was too young so I won’t remember anything. However, my uncle lived in Mitchell avenue just off of Waterdales and when he first moved in when they woke up in the morning all the lights were on and the back door was open. This kept happening and he blamed his daughters who said it wasn’t them. He started to talk to some neighbours and they said two sisters used to live in the house and were killed running to their air raid shelter in the garden and they would turn on the lights and run out to the garden leaving the door open in panic so my uncle assumed that was what was happening. I think it just stopped eventually. I’ve just asked my brother if he knows anything as he’s older than me. I’m on about episode 54 now I have listened to lots of haunted type podcasts but none compare to yours. Keep up the great work. I have a short story too. When I was about 13 we went round to my brothers house at Christmas. The house was an ordinary 3 bedroom house built in the 1970’s. His son was about 4 at the time. He started to say he could see a little boy when he was in his bedroom and sometimes in the kitchen. My brother felt he was probably seeing his reflection in his window or the glass of the washing machine door. Anyway this Christmas evening he was telling us the story. I was there with my eldest brother and his wife and my mum and dad. My brother joked they had nick named the boy Fred. He then just said hello Fred and the lights when down and came back on again. My brothers face looked like he was about to cry. Needless to say this petrified me and I had a nightmare that night and had to sleep in my parents bed with them. My brother checked with neighbours and there wasn’t a power surge so make of if as you will. I spoke to my sister in law recently and she said the boy was also seen at the top of the stairs. It frightened me to death anyway.

More reviews of Scared To Death
I learned high crotches and pump handles at Chikatilo’s like limp noodle wrestling camp/mass grave storage systems. In Soviet Russia, death is scared. Na Zdorovie.
