So helpful!
I love this podcast. As I’m sure every educator has noticed, over the last couple of years increasing numbers of children in our care are presenting with complex and sometimes challenging needs. Being given a wide toolkit of strategies to plan and prepare for these has been a godsend, helping me to empathise, understand and support much more confidently. I love the range of advice on here - a quick flick through and I can always find something that helps! Their website is also cracking. Thanks guys!
