Incredibly insightful and useful
I have been utilising Beacon School resources for a while now to support with my pastoral role and find the podcasts so incredibly useful! I most recently listened to the EBSA one which gave great points for discussion with colleagues, as well as some helpful strategies (such as the TRACKS doc). Highly recommend to anyone who works with young people and/or families who struggle with SEMH behaviours.

Really enjoy listening to this on my way to work. It sets me up for the morning as the lead in our nurture unit and helps me to understand the behaviours we see. I’ve shared this podcast with loads of members of staff in my setting. Look forward to future podcasts
