As a Care & Welfare worker in a school, I thoroughly enjoy listening to the podcast as a tool of continued learning, hearing new ideas, techniques and theories which have been very useful in my practice of working with and supporting students.

Thank you for this episode! As a School Restorative Practices facilitator i am working to implement restorative practices across my campus this episode said so much and helped to keep me motivated. Implementation feels impossible sometimes but small steps make a difference
