I really like the concept of this podcasts and the many sub-genres that they cover. The only issue I have with the podcast is the length. It should not take nearly 3 hours to create a 7 spot list, even with the vetos and spirited debates. Cut the meandering intros, and edit each episode to an hour or hour and half at the most. Anything else is merely an excuse to hear yourselves talk.
