Ocean is nothing but water. A wave that forms in the ocean is just a form. Water that forms the wave was already there. The ocean pushes itself to make the form called wave. Similarly, the ocean represents the universe and the form is body. The universe pushes itself (the five elements – earth, water, fire, air, and space) to form a body.
