Question
Is there an episode about the misuse, appropriation, commodification and exploitation of palo santo, certain kinds of sage, and “smudges?” Particularly since advice is being given, so as to practice ethical, decolonized witchcraft? 🧐 Perhaps defining traditions for others rather than allowing others to speak themselves is problematic. Also, the “Indian” tribe whose name you didn’t bother to learn presumably isn’t *your* ancestor... 😬

I’m in the group of people who are all caught up, and not really feeling it anymore. It was good and informative at the start. And I liked the 30 minutes range. Im not a witch or warlock. (If that’s what you call male witches..) but I have been told that I am very spiritual and easy to connect with spirts by a person who practices witchcraft but I no longer talk to her because I moved but I am just interested in this topic and these podcasts are amazing....Read full review »
