“Bryan Ellis marketed and promoted an investment in a syndication in Amy Tiemann’s 1700 BAYWOOD LLC. He made it sound and in fact said that it was the best thing since “sliced bread”.
I invested based on his credibility. What a huge disappointment. Amy took $100,000 from 18 investors and just disappeared without any communication or K1s.
Bryan Ellis is complicit in this fraud because he got paid to promote an investment where he did not invest any money and left investors stranded who trusted him!!”
