Description
16th Sept 2024
In this Satsang, Sanjay discussed the importance of early morning contemplation and self-recognition, emphasizing the significance of the transition from sleep to wakefulness for self-reflection and mindfulness. He also explored the concept of Atman, or the divine within oneself, and the need to remember and contemplate it regularly, especially in the early morning hours. The discussion concluded with the suggestion that this practice can help one enter a state of self-awareness without the interference of the mind.
These are teachings and pointers from ongoing NDA(Non-duality awareness)/Advaitic Satsangs held at Bhagavan Ramana Maharshi Centre in Melbourne, Australia.
