Happy to have found this podcast
Listening to these conversations, particularly those with Dr. Olson-Bang and Dr. Floyd, has been not only enjoyable but also helpful in my life — I had been considering entering a PhD program with the intention of becoming a professor and these conversations have helped me to determine that it might not be quite right for me. Still listening as I search for my next steps. :)

I love this podcast and I have listened to many insightful conversations since I first discovered the podcast. I resonate with many of the real life stories of being an (overworked) academic. It makes me feel less alone - and inspires a path forward that is gentle and self-compassionate.

It changed my life and career trajectory...Read full review »
