Life-giving content!
Danielle De La Mare’s podcast is exactly what I needed in order to navigate my career crisis in higher ed. The self-compassionate approach offers a gentle, loving, kind way of relating to myself, my struggles in academia, and any other struggles in life, for that matter. Anyone who listens to Danielle and her guests will be enriched by her approach, I believe; I highly recommend it!

I love this podcast and I have listened to many insightful conversations since I first discovered the podcast. I resonate with many of the real life stories of being an (overworked) academic. It makes me feel less alone - and inspires a path forward that is gentle and self-compassionate.
