Great Podcast for Educators
I really enjoy this podcast and have heard some great topics and speakers. I will say that many educators, myself included, are not in “burnout” or “career change” mode and so some topics, or the delivery, have resonated more with me than others. It is possible, and even healthy, for educators to explore career-life balance even though they are quite happy with where they currently are instead of waiting for complete dissatisfaction with their workplaces. That said, Danielle does a masterful job connecting with her guests. The message of self-compassion is an important one that every educator should embrace and regularly reflect upon.
