I have come to realize I am not the only one who thinks this way or has these issues, and she provides great insight into how this “false beliefs” and ideas I have about myself may have formed, and provides tangible ways to for me to create “new beliefs” and other ways for self improvement/to help me make the changes I want. If you are someone who relates to “perfectly hidden depression”, anxiety, perfectionism, or shame/embarrassment and are looking for a podcast to help heal yourself, I highly recommend!”
