Compassionate and informative
I love this podcast, it’s the perfect length to listen to on a commute and Dr Rutherford gives out super helpful information to understand what you may be feeling or going through. She answers listener questions with compassion and gives practical tips that can be done worked on in therapy or on your own. I always finish an episode feeling hopeful and better than before.
