Thanks for sharing your gift
This year, I turned the big 4-0. Leading up to this birthday, I put a lot of expectations on myself such as I have to have a one family home, I want to finally get the car I want, I have to find a way to do this or that. In order to meet these goals, I thought therapy was the way. In a way it was, but the most important thing I learned this year was that you have to put in work to combat the anxiety and depression I had almost all of my life. Thank you for this podcast that provides me with a helpful boost and weekly reminder that self work is a lifelong job and if you stop, the feelings of anxiety come back. You have to keep working on you. It’s your life to lead and no one else’s. Never give up.

I have listened to many of the podcasts and there is a great variety that most of us, if not all, can relate. Dr M has a gentle caring manner and her experience shines through, along with incredible compassion & understanding.
