Today on the show---I have guy that sent me an email a year ago and told me he that I was going to feature him in the future---I responded that's great thinking I get a lot of people telling me that but, this guy has kept in touch and in his first year he did 120M in production.  That is certainly noteworthy but, this goes to show that anyone listening right now can do the same thing---I brought him on to talk about how he did it
