“I have been following Laura’s Insta page since March 2020 and the peace in our family has increased so much from her knowledge as an OT and willingness to share her life with a ND kid. This podcast has been a big part of that, I especially appreciate her episodes with other people in the field, the one with Mr. Chazz has stuck with me the most regarding believing the child even when you don’t have a diagnosis! She’s always authentic and relatable and knowing we aren’t alone as parents of kids with sensory needs is huge- it’s very isolating when your kid is struggling and hard to find a group of parents who will willingly talk about their own struggles! I also greatly appreciated hearing her husband talk about his own journey of parenting a ND kid, it was very similar to the path of me and my husband and helped spark a good conversation for us to promote more understanding.”
