Refreshing take on TC
My #1 favorite aspect of this podcast is she gets right to the storytelling. I hate podcasts where you’re 10 minutes in and they haven’t started in the topic. Elissa is also a great story teller, not too slow, fast, or monotone. I LOVE how in depth she goes into the environmental history and childhood of the subjects. She will literally take 1/2 the episode to dive in which shines a new light on their crimes. Like Dahmer for example, she went so far into his family lineage I was floored! If I were to provide a criticism it would be that she’s not graphic enough in the details. She does put disclaimers on potential trigger points, but to me they’re never that bad. Maybe I’m just jaded. It’s not enough to drop any stars though. And she is SO grateful to her supporters it’s very heartwarming because you know she’s sincere. I hope she gets many more listeners in 2020.

More reviews of Serial Killing : A Podcast
This would be a really good podcast if there wasn’t the terrible music in the background. Please get rid off it!

... on serial killer podcasts- I like that they give background and historical context HOWEVER this podcast does get rather disturbing. The narrator does give warning though.

Amateur at worst ... tons of Unnecessary and useless fluff ... Narrator goes in circles before she gets to the point .. which has nothing to do with the topic.. BORING !!
