Linda Chen was a 32-year-old mother of one with a history of dating terrible, abusive men. She thought her luck had finally changed when she met her fiance Mats Alm. The couple lived together in an apartment in Sweden and were just a week away from their wedding when tragedy struck. Linda was last seen on a grocery store surveillance camera with her fiancee, Mats. All of the events that happened after that are unclear. Mats took the role of devastated fiancee very seriously during the two months Linda was missing, but there were many - including the police - who didn’t believe his story. The suspicion was only heightened after Mats claimed he was kidnapped and beaten by two Chinese men who wanted his money. He said he woke up after being assaulted by these men, and to his shock and horror, lying next to him was the body of his missing fiancee, Linda.
