“I have been using Helium 10 for 2 years and paying them like $99 each month. They gave me a free trial for diamond and after that without any notice upgraded me to a diamond plan and start charging $249 when I reach customer support the very next day. It was terrible for someone from china or the Philippines and no help from them.
I had to cancel my membership and will join JUNGLE SCOUT or some other tool.
I will reach out to my bank for this fraudulent transaction and request a chargeback.”
