Chris Shearn has been with the YES Network since its launch in 2002. Brought on to be a producer, he has emerged as a host for both the New York Yankees and Brooklyn Nets coverage.  He also has a podcast called "And We're Off". Seth was the guest on Episode 70.  This episode serves as a continuation of that chat.  However, there are few references to that so the episode is welcome to all who subscribe.
