Women wear many many hats. Women take care of so many things and for the most part little joy is found in most of the activities, functioning on auto-pilot.  The f**k yes effect allows for us to find the joy and/or pleasure in every facet of our lives. Imagine if we added this concept to every aspect of our lives to include our sex life.  How freeing?  How liberating and exciting.  The “f**k yes effect” exists, we simply have to be intentional in obtaining it.
