Brilliant
I only started to explore the topic of shadow work very recently. While looking around a bit I stumbled across this podcast. This podcast really does help with a general overview of what shadow work is and I think so far it’s a fantastic starting point on understanding what shadow work is. I love Jessica’s enthusiasm to the topic and how she has chunked it up in different episodes. It makes it easier to replay an episode which discusses a point that resonates more with you and what you are currently dealing with. I’m so happy I found this Podcast. I can’t wait to learn more and become a wounded healer.
