Motivated, educated, inspired
I started listen to Jessica with a previous interest in shadow work and professional experience in the field of psychiatry. Her style is very cognitive behavioral which is perfect for the learner who can be logical, self critical and/or able to step outside of themselves. She is informative, knowledgeable and inspiring. With a great gift in guiding you to additional information. As a podcast listener I find it incredibly difficult to find a speaker not caught up in their own gifts/ego. But this is not Jessica at all. She speaks as a true teacher. I’m excited to see what she offers moving forward and I will keep listening. Thanks from Talisman in Alaska.
