I missed a couple of weeks of recording because some personal stuff upset the illusion of balance I had for myself. The thing about balance, especially that work-life balance that is often spoken of, is that it does not exist. Instead, we are merely juggling our obligations or, as I put it in this episode, running from one side of the seesaw to the other trying to keep them both in the air. Sometimes, however, something unexpected but important and urgent lands on one end and you just tumble off. In this episode, I invite you to explore balance, and then let it go, in an equinox inspired yoga practice. If you are a Shamanic Reiki Level Two practitioner or a Reiki II with shamanic journeying experience, you can join the upcoming Shamanic Reiki Master Practitioner training taking place virtually over the first two weekends in April, 2022. Visit my Shamanic Reiki Training page for more details and online registration.I would like to welcome new My Shamanic Life patrons. Thank you! As you work with different animals, you connect more deeply with the natural world and may be inspired to advocate for one of the wild beings you resonate with.If you would like to chat about this episode and connect with others who share your love for the wild beings, join the Shamanic Flow Circle group on Facebook.
