“On the topic of hooking a line call, in USTA mixed doubles 4.0 league play, as a guy server when you set up on your baseline and see the 3.5 female partner of your opposing team standing 3 feet inside her baseline to receive your serve, if you hit a hard serve anywhere near a line plan on getting hooked. 👿 In the second set, when you miss your first serve an inch long and she accidentally made contact with it lobbing it over your partner’s head to land three inches inside your alley for a winner and you say, “that serve was back”, she will respond, “well, I played it”. 😂🤮”
