Black Friday
Shattered is a remarkable documentary podcast • I’ve listened to each episode 2 - 3 times • Producer Host Jeremy Allen is FANTASTIC • The story is morose yet intractable • Shattered takes listeners on road trip through the darkest corners of the Mid-West: outlet malls, abandoned motels, dumpsters and fast food restaurants, in search of three brothers (all children) who simply vanished while under their father’s care on Black Friday • Although the story happened 8 years ago, and people use smart phone and computers, in this part of North America, the cultural calendar appears to be frozen in 1962 • I don’t much like the true-crime genre • But I cant stop listening to Shattered • ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This podcast is a good combination of storytelling and audio clips that unfold a heartbreaking, yet fascinating, mystery.

Came to this when all episodes had been made, I couldn’t stop listening. Fascinating tragic story well told and well produced.

Can’t listen because the hosts last word/syllables of each sentence are so fried.
