Self-Care is Not a Luxury, It’s a Necessity
Listen now
Description
Join Renae as she reflects on a workshop she led in Seattle for Black women executives at Amazon. The topic was self-care and after speaking to a packed room of  executives from around the country, Renae realized that the self-care struggle for Black women is at an all time high. We’re overwhelmingly busy being brilliant, launching our businesses, slaying Corporate America, and leading our families and communities. All of this is wonderful, but what does it all mean if at the end of each day we feel exhausted, depleted, and empty? It’s time to be more intentional about where we’re sharing our energy and spending our time. Produced by Dear Media
