“When I moved to Israel to study abroad in 2015, I finally convinced myself that I needed to try SheReadsTruth, and it’s changed my life ever since the first reading.
Five years ago I went from not reading the word of God every day to now not being able not to read it every day. SRT offers a space for God to meet with me, a community to love on me, and an eternal truth to hold on to.
As I approach 2020 and look back I am floored. I have graduated college, become an adult, had my first job, left my first job, got denied into law school, moved back home, ended a long term relationship, got into seminary, got into graduate school, found the love of my life, found community in my church, got engaged, working my dream job, etc. There has been so much in 5 years and without God’s word I don’t know how I could have done this. I thank God for every moment. For the people he put into my life and the blessing of doing life with them. I thank God for she reads truth for encouraging me to become a woman in the word everyday and for walking through life with me!
This podcast is a stunning example of how God’s word applies so differently to us all and the beauty that community with him and each-other offers. So excited to listen in and see how God moves in the next five years! 💕”
