“I have been dreaming and fantasizing about starting a business for years. I’ve been considering it more seriously for the last year. I kept telling myself and my husband that I was going to do it. I talked to my mom and my sister and would just talk about my dreams constantly. However, I never took any concrete steps. I would make vague gestures, broad google searches, write general ideas. I had the desire but I was so lost and it seemed like eating a whale so to speak. About 5 hours ago I decided to look up a podcast for starting a small business and here I am, five hours later with nine pages of specific goals, wholesalers, vision boards, my Ikagai, and commitments I have for myself. I’m not sure where this will take me, but I know wherever she speaks, I want to listen.”
