In the fifth episode of the Shoonya podcast, we have with us Mr. Ashish Kundra, Principal Secretary-cum-Commissioner (Transport), Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi. He is a 1996 batch IAS Officer of Arunachal Pradesh-Goa-Mizoram and Union Territory cadre.
