Has potential, but gives way to lack of objectivity and balance
Really great concept for a podcast, but the libertarian tilt is so pushy that it makes me question the reasonability behind the analysis. To be clear, I’m not taking exception to the libertarian view itself in this review, but that it essentially seems to be unchallenged and accepted as fact, making the overall analysis tainted and questionable.

The show has gotten sillier and duller. Emphasis on court activities has been replaced by emphasis on lawyers, and lawyers are a bore.
