The Institute for Justice gives lawyers a bad name. They no longer maintain any pretense of being libertarian. They are simply shakedown artists abusing the courts to extort money from private businesses. The Institute for Justice is comprised of lawyers who wish they were legislators. They believe the proper role for a judge is to declare what the law should be and ignore what the law and Constitution say.

I love to stay informed on how messed up our legal systems are. I like to have an idea of what to expect if I ever had to deal with them with them and how unreasonable government prosecutors of non-violent crimes are. The show has gotten sillier and duller. Emphasis on court activities has been replaced by emphasis on lawyers, and lawyers are a bore.
