“Brilliant hip-hop podcast. The hosts and guests are all hilarious. Good podcast for those that aren't deep into the world of hip-hop, but without being dumbed down too much for those of us in love with the genre. The show improves every episode. Mount Rapmore (ep 4) is a good one if you're listening for the first time. They break down the rappers considered to be the greatest in different categories, even dicussing which of the Beatles each of them would be. Never more than a couple minutes without a laugh. A lot of the jokes will go over your head if you don't know who's who in rap, but they usually do a good job at explaining the slang, songs, and history that they talk about. In it's first month, Shots Fired is in my top three hip-hop podcasts. Good stuff.”
