“I love these two women. I feel freaking normal and understood by amazing bada** women. They have helped me mentally and emotionally within sorting out my life. I love therapy but I haven’t found the right one to jive with and they help breakdown how to find one. The answers are real and authentic and funny. That meme that says I’m not crying I’m laughing is me when I hear these two hit some hard truths. The family dynamics is so real and hard the navigate and they are giving tools on how to identify and essentially figure it out. I was a people pleaser and never said no. I finally stood on my two feet and said no and build boundaries. Ughh it was hard but so needed and I feel a weight being lifted.
Amazing podcast you will never regret subscribing or listening to them. Still looking for a therapist that understand women of color and also interracial relationships but I will find one. Until then I have these awesome women to listen too. Love you guys all cries and laughter are endless.”
