Very important podcast (why laughter?)
I’ve listened to the first episode, and have this feedback: (1) Shrinking Trump is an enlightening and critically useful podcast — explaining and clarifying Trump’s observable behavior, differences between dementia-related behavior (Trump) and aging-related behavior (Biden), and noting markers to follow over the coming months. (2) This podcast should be a must-listen for key members of the media — all types of media — so its content can inform wide public reporting and commentary. (3) Please consider eliminating (or editing out) the too-frequent laughter from the moderator(s). The almost-chuckling in several places devalues the serious content and implications for our country … and also could make the podcast sound (to some listeners) like biased criticism of Trump, instead of scientific evidence and analysis. Without the laughter, my rating would have been 5 stars.

This is interesting but the hysterical laughing is annoying. It distracts from the serious content.

Far too much laughter regarding serious matters implies mockery and it's difficult to imagine this is a professional conversation.Read full review »
