Canadian review
I first heard of Jared Holt because he did an interview for a Canadian podcast,” Frontburner”. I looked him up and discovered this podcast. I’ve been engaged with “Sh!tpost”over the last few days. (I have learned a lot of new vocabulary, thanks to this podcast and Urban Dictionary- I’m a middle aged white female). The October 2 “Eat the Rich” episode was prophetic in the discussions of how the pre, election, and post period would turn out to be. I definitely agree that the unwavering commitment to “take no prisoners” capitalism as the founding and still foundation of American society is at the core of the problems they find themselves with today. I would differ that the Democrats don’t need to radicalize, they first need to liberalize. For “left wing”, they would likely be judged to be somewhat right of centre in Canada, which is represented here by the Liberal Party. Anyway, I digress. I hope that many Americans find this podcast, and start doing the hard work necessary to humbly look at their past and present, go through the reckoning, and start the reformation. I have high hopes that this movement will be led by American youth, “minority ethnic groups”, and hopefully also some middle aged and older people (like me), who try to lead authentic lives for Christ. I would like to see the use of profanity curtailed somewhat. I think this mostly comes out when Jared has a guest that puts the f-bomb in every sentence - then he gets in on the act as well. Also JC is offensive and disrespectful to listeners of Christian faith. It does take away from the estimation of maturity and intellect of the host and his guests. I’d also like to hear from some female guests - haven’t heard any so far. So, Jared, clean it up and diversify if you want to hold onto listeners outside of your own demographic, and get your “fifth star” from me...

I love this podcast and I listen to it every week, if you’re interested in politics at all and want a different/deeper perspective I highly recommend this show. Jordan is a great host and manages to talk through insane topics with a calm demeanor. I’m very interested in the intersection between...Read full review »

This is a terrible podcast. Everything about what they have to say is boring, unoriginal, unintelligent.
