i miss the old sickboy
i love this podcast and have been listening since 2016, but lately i feel as if every episode is with a doctor or other medical professional - don’t get me wrong, i still listen and think the episodes are decent, but i wish the boys would go back to interviewing people about specific conditions or experiences they have dealt with first hand. recently i have been re-listening to the first few episodes of the podcast and i have to say that i kind of miss that era - personally i get much more interested/invested in stories of people’s own experiences with illness as opposed to hearing it from a doctors perspective. i will always listen to the podcast and still love it but i do sort of wish there was more of a balance between medical professionals and regular people.
