I can now understand and accept that what happened to me over 60 years ago was not my fault. Raquel has told her story in such way that for me it has been better than any of the therapy I have experienced. To date I have only ever been able to speak of my anger & the chaos in my life. Never the abuse. Perhaps now finally I will be able to.
