“These podcasts are very helpful. I have found that most Spanish story podcasts are too advanced for me at this point and I get very frustrated. These podcasts are helping my listening comprehension immensely. These are simple but they still push me out of my comfort zone.
I do hope that they might move into some more verb conjugations beyond the present, perhaps just the preterite.
I agree with some other comments that the accent sounds like an American speaking Spanish. Maybe this is helpful for us beginners?”

“Who told this woman she could speak Spanish? Her accent is terrible, she sounds like every Ugly American. And if this were not enough, she also makes mistakes - in grammar, gender and probably other aspects that I didn’t listen long enough to uncover.

“This is a great idea! however, your accent is so “white “almost like a valley girl, and that will make pronunciation difficult to learn. Plus, I am laughing throughout the whole story and can’t focus on the actual story. It’s distracting”
