This dude knows how to give relevant, tactical information while not overwhelming the listener. As someone who is new to real estate investing, I appreciate his clear and smooth delivery, which I find very refreshing. Kind of like a sweet tea on a hot day. My favorite part of the show is the “Spiritual Foundations”. Each episode Brett takes the time to talk about about what matters most, our relationship with God.
