“I found this podcast in the last month and it has quickly moved to one of my top “listen to list.” I enjoy the genuine and humble demeanor that is hard to find in the REI industry. Bret and his team interview many successful thought leaders in the field from a variety of real estate assets classes in investing not just wholesaleing which is the primary business they are in.
The podcast is well organized leaving the listener with encouragement (spiritual foundations segment), tangible education from the guest speaker in there specialized REI niche and a sense of community as Bret ends the interview with questions to get to know the guest on a more personal level (going deep).
Very well done podcast and I would recommend to anyone if they interested in real estate investing.”
