“Thank you so much for your authenticity, I’ve loved your spirit from the very start of your career. Your smile and eyes have always warmed my heart growing up, so thank you for that. And thank you for following your career in a path of truth instead of lies and following the crowd. I’d love to hear about anxiety and depression, and have more open discussions on it. I’ve always been open about my own feelings and troubles, not fully realizing that I “shouldn’t speak of them”. They’re who I am, and how am I supposed to grow if I don’t talk about it? I’ve never understood why everyone thinks it’s a hard subject, it’s suicide awareness month.. and I’m so happy it’s coming to light more but even so... people are weird and nervous when speaking about it. I’d love to change that. Because the more we speak of it as it’s okay to feel that way, maybe the ones contemplating suicide will switch their brain around to think “oh, this is normal and I don’t have to do this to be happy, I can live on and change my ways. I may want it to be over NOW but in a minute or a day or a week I know I’ll be happy with my decision on staying here in this world”.”
