“Hi, you are doing amazing things and are helping people in ways that are incredible. I am 26 years old and moved out to LA a little over two years ago after getting out of the military to peruse a career in acting. I struggled more than I ever thought I would have with the transition. But I started going to therapy and meditating and it has changed my life! (All because of you) There are still days that I can’t leave my apartment due to my anxiety but things are getting better but I feel like my anxiety will control my life forever and that scares me. Do you have any advice? I especially don’t want this to affect my acting career.”
