In this week's episode, I have Elaine Glass joining me. Elaine Glass is a Personal Coach, author, and speaker and draws on over 15 years of transformative expertise. At one point in her life, she found herself at a personal crossroads. She was a new single mother and burnt out, fearful, and alone. After this difficult divorce, she navigated a decade of self-discovery through travels, alternative healing, and spiritual exploration.
Today, Elaine guides her clients and readers to go after their dreams for lasting joy and well-being. Her mission is to guide people in connecting with their soul’s calling to bring lasting love, joy, and vitality. Her coaching practice centers on being open to change, quieting the mind, and unlocking hidden gifts in a judgment-free space. She also welcomes people from around the world to her in-person retreats. And in her new book, Get Quiet, Elaine shares transformative insights from her journey and client experiences.
In this episode, we talked about:
How our environment directly affects us. Her marriage life and how it ended. Transitioning to become a single mum and how she managed the challenges that came with it. How she got into personal development. How to open the heart to love again that creates a space to thrive. Tips to finding your purpose. Being our best and expressing our authentic self.
