This week on the show, I have Hannah Strong joining me. Hannah Strong is an industry expert, coach, and therapist, specialising in helping mums to support their children in the best way possible through divorce and throughout a childhood of growing up with separated parents - so their children do not just survive and get by, but thrive! She supports mums through her own framework which is not only based on the science of child brain development and Hannah’s psychological knowledge as a therapist but also her own lived experience as a separated mum of two children.
Through Hannah’s lived experience she personally understands the struggles of the mums she works with. Her passion for empowering children to thrive led to the creation of her own podcast and coaching programme known as My Thriving Child.
In this episode, Hannah and I talked about:
Hannah's background and her single mum journey Attachment of children and its impact Her experience working with mums who were separating Her drive to let her children thrive as they grow Advice to single mums struggling to support their child during the co-parenting transition period Links mentioned in the episode:
