“I’m a big fan of My Favorite Murder, so I thought this would be similar in a sense. The topics have so much potential but just as we get started with the descriptions and discussion, the hosts just go off track every other sentence. I don’t find it as witty banter, more of disorganized rambling. It’s a new podcast so I’m sure kinks and style are still being worked out but for right now I just can’t listen to two people trying so hard to be funny and kinda sorta talk about the topic at hand, but not without a dozen 15 min side stories. At least with MFM and other more relaxed podcasts they keep the small talk in the first 20 mins and then focus the next hour.”
