Great work
Not confusing at all . Also professionally written and discussed. Parents should be responsible for what they buy their children while the child is under 18 years of age. It is no different than a parent being responsible for a child’s DUI, as it open up the family to civil liability and lawsuits from car insurance policies. No one wins . Sad story .
