You are soft and gentle and loving and sometimes people will take advantage of that. 04:43 - #2: Not only will traditional idea of ‘success’ not bring you happiness, but they sometimes actually move you further away from it. 08:17 - #3: The words you say are a you problem, and the way someone else hears them is a them problem. 14:14 - #4: If you spent 20+ years undiagnosed, it’s unrealistic to expect that you’re magically going to catch everyone else up in every single way. 17:15 - #5: It’s really hard to find the balance between not pushing yourself too hard and not pushing yourself hard enough. 20:04 - #6: sunshine is the best medicine 20:59 - #7: it’s good to be comfortable alone but it’s not good to get too comfortable alone - we need humans! 22:50 - #8: you don’t need alcohol to ‘loosen up’ or be good company. you are great as you are. 27:20 - #9: if a ‘friend’ is continuously making you feel small even after you’ve given them the benefit of the doubt they are not a friend. 29:51 - #10: you’ve come a really long way kiddo but you’ve got a way to go - and that’s okay!
