There is a Rule to Family Court that there is a six month limit to custody challenges that judges typically ignore. Contrary to the rule of law and 2,000 years of the legal profession parents aren't hearing about it BECAUSE it is a GAG ORDER. There are GAG ORDERS that are still being litigated for 10 YEARS. If a parent challenges the GAG ORDER, then there will be repercussions.      We gave advice on finding out the who knows who in the courthouses.
